Hi Milky. All the best for the op tomorrow. Trust everything will go well. Just be careful with recovery exercises. Take your time and don't get ahead of yourself. Common problem with all athletes is we all want to go too far too soon. So .. patience bro. Take care.

I reckon op was success. Saw my Dr 5mins prior to the op & never again, then they rolled me into thearte, anesthetist did her thing & I woke up 4hours later. Pains like hell!. And I'm Not able to hold my food down, brought it up twice, they did give me something for the nausea.

Sounds like you are a bit sensitive to the anaesthetic - do yourself a favour and ask for a complete list of the meds used - something in there is not your friend - then you can in future discuss avoiding that next time you go under.

Hope you feel better soon - hope you get to watch lots of TDF.

Spike Erasmus for Knees; Joe De Beer for Shoulders.

Anyone else for a snotty nose.

Really? Easy as that? Where do they go for their snotty noses?

Vra bietjie vir Corne hoe voel sy kniee na Spike se werk...

And Jean's is a miracle... - all depends on the severity and the patient's healing/ rehab i guess..
