Spike sorted my knee out many years (was still at university) ago after I buggered it in Slanghoek mountains. No problems since. Must admit . . I did not think he is still in practice.

milky4130 Posted August 6, 2015 Author Posted August 6, 2015 Into my 4th week now post surgery. Had my 2nd physio session today, all cuts/operating wounds have healed up all good, scabs have even fallen off already. Can walk without crutches already & can get up to 30 degree bend, super stoked with progress & rehab hasn't even kicked in properly yet. Still walk with crutches though as I'm not risking anything.
