The best one is Spike Erasmus. There's a reason all the rugby players go to him. His the best.

 

Spike sorted my knee out many years (was still at university)  ago after I buggered it  in Slanghoek mountains. 

No problems since.

 

Must admit . . I did not think he is still in practice.

if corne's knees are fine after carrying that package around then there is no better advert.

Yeah I must say that was good planning 19days sick leave coming Up.

ah. then you actually stuffed it up slightly. last week was tour and wimbledon,. ideal bedrest. honorable effort nonetheless!

And Jean's is a miracle... - all depends on the severity and the patient's healing/ rehab i guess..

Yup - knee replacement by age 55.... going to be hell in a few years time i suspect - I hope for his sake not, but statistics are against him unfortunately.

well I normally never take the 1st week of the tour cause it's usually "boring" how wrong was I ????????

Into my 4th week now post surgery. Had my 2nd physio session today, all cuts/operating wounds have healed up all good, scabs have even fallen off already. Can walk without crutches already & can get up to 30 degree bend, super stoked with progress & rehab hasn't even kicked in properly yet. Still walk with crutches though as I'm not risking anything.
