Look for "Troyki" on the Hub, they're selling full XT full Carbon Anthem Advanced X 650B for R34k You'll find them similarly priced in Gauteng. If you're looking specifically for a 29er and you're a Small frame, buy the 2014 Scott Spark 920 from vbike.co.za that's on special for R29k

Spark IMO should only really be recommended for someone looking to race. For a true do it all bike you should be looking in the 140mm travel range or so. Slacker head angles, more confidence inspiring ride and just so much more capable.

And I mean INCREDIBLY well balanced! Makes me look like a pro EDIT - I'm talking about the 650b, not the 26er (which is also a great bike...)

There is a whole thread about the epic vs the camber.
Speeltyd Posted August 17, 2015 Posted August 17, 2015 The Scott Spark is a super bike - and great value too. For that money you'll get the 940 which is XT specced. You don't need better than that initially. The rear shock is also remotely controlled which is a nice feature.
