So hopefully it will evolve in a similar way and then the keep left rule could apply as it does generally on the other parts of the Fratelli - Melville route. Hehe. I see what you did there....

To get to the top of this line there are 3 options as everybody knows .Ride up the track alongside the river with other walkers and the like , ride along the western fence line or take the mid slope path .All with their own merits . So the typical mtn biker will implicitly understand this .WHY? well lets test .Youre cycling along the top path , having a blast and enjoying every inch the track through the trees has to offer . Gravity is on your side .You negotiate some tricky tree roots , come up a small rise with the speed needed and get ready to drop in off a steep, obstacled gap which leads you down a narrow v shaped track into a hairpin bend . Youre ready and keen .Whoaaa!! through the tree after the bend you spot PKay and his gang coming up . They're laser beam focused you see,they're ready for the ultimate challenge of ascent -THE BIG ONE of Emmies. They dont see you though because the XXL cup of Mugn Bean Cappuchino duct taped to their handle bars-the prize for their clockwise feat - is obscuring their judgement.Their hands are respectively enscribed with the lore "Pass Right""Keep Left" -in case they forget and have to look down . Oh no... . What now .You could a)set your line , drop 2 and hope for the best . Worst outcome -PKay and the Nancy Boys give you a drubbing and a headbutt for being naughty and sensible.With gloves,face masks and all .Best outcome -they cough up dust ...as your shoot through past and over them. b)Stand to the left at attention on the narrow track designed for bikes coming down and do pirouttes holding your bike above your head as they peddle past. c)call on the Spruit JIn who resides in the lush green grasses and trees and lordes over the legions of common sense MTN bikers since time began .The Jin's hand appears and deftly flicks off the irritants one by one off to square leg,over the doggy dam and down to the western boundary fence where they continue on the path they should of been on in the 1st place.You continue on your sweet line , thanking the Jin for letting common sense as supported by the majority on strava , historical context and consequent evolution of track win the day. d)this is a open one___________ coz this is a open forum of debate (no ad hominem attacks though and keep the personal insults down --if you do wish to insult though leave your real name it makes everything equal you see and that way Ill have respect for your opinion )

I do not know any of the routes - or any of the people involved personally - but this GF guy is HILARIOUS. He should genuinely try and contact Trevor Noah - there must be a spot for him on his new show - as I cannot believe that anyone can misinterpret comments to this extent in earnest. It's just not possible... Is it?
