My local Spez Concept Store has been nothing short of excellent with their service. I've had a warranty claim on my 2014 Camber Expert, I got a 2015 frame as a replacement. I was also a Spez-hater until I saw how they backed their products.

Give them another try we have a spaz shop that opened here... they look at me funny when I walk in, it's probably because i never buy anything there...I have walked in about 5 times. Maybe next time I will buy socks.. if they have funky ones.. wait it's a Spaz shop there will be only S's no funkiness. *please forgive me, I believe the heatwave is getting to me*
