I hung around for 20 min... took some photos for Dips of the electric pushbike, and left eventually - nobody even asked me if they could help....No legit! Maybe there were some teething problems in the beginning with staff. Their employee turnover seemed rather high and there was always a new face but it's settled now. Great people; that's what makes a shop after all. Give them another try

My local Spez Concept Store has been nothing short of excellent with their service. I've had a warranty claim on my 2014 Camber Expert, I got a 2015 frame as a replacement. I was also a Spez-hater until I saw how they backed their products.

My local Spez Concept Store has been nothing short of excellent with their service. I've had a warranty claim on my 2014 Camber Expert, I got a 2015 frame as a replacement. I was also a Spez-hater until I saw how they backed their products.Name them, they deserve it.

Give them another try we have a spaz shop that opened here... they look at me funny when I walk in, it's probably because i never buy anything there...I have walked in about 5 times. Maybe next time I will buy socks.. if they have funky ones.. wait it's a Spaz shop there will be only S's no funkiness. *please forgive me, I believe the heatwave is getting to me*

I completely missed that the bike was Orange to begin with Then they are doing exactly what they should no? replacing like for like ag nee OP.. Sell the Orange frame and take the proceeds and then add your extra dosh and go buy yourself a white more Spaz frame OH WAIT... if he did that he would have to actually add more dosh to buy his more Spaz frame.. Plus who will buy the orange frame. Oh I just think he saw a gap here. Plus if he didn't like the Orange.. why did he buy it/thought a bout buying it
FrankG Posted October 8, 2015 Posted October 8, 2015 I clearly have 3 choices here, sell my Spez, kill myself before its too late, or ignore people who make generalist statements and rather focus on the topic at hand here, which is about OP and Graham. Before you make any choices, make sure everyone knows you have "arrived". It's expected of Specialized riders.
