Bubbles_25 Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 After reading several posts on thehub, sorry, bikehub regarding Cape Town Giants and having a few of my own observations on the road, I had always been slightly apprehensive about this club, but yesterday I had a completely different experience. I managed to hook up with a few of their guys on a club ride and I must commend them on being organised, polite and courteous, all the things that motorists and fellow cyclists usually complain about. Cape Town Giants, your RT2 group has managed to change the way I view your club. Faizel, thanks a lot for letting me join you guys for a few kms and making me feel welcome even though I was just a clip on.

You should've gone with us up the Slangkop Climb If you're not wanting to ride alone in the future, come join the club man! The club has a really good support structure that caters for all level of riders, including the weekend warriors like ourselves

I'm built for the flats, not the climbs....
