Sagan certainly doesn't have your typical roadie build...

Strong and powerful..

 

Almost think he would be able to be really good in most sports...

 

If not for his brother we wouldn't have had Sagan on the cycling scene.. as a kid he did absolutely everything his brother did..and he did every sport he possibly could do.. running, skiing you name it he was doing it... his brother started riding and Sagan as most younger siblings do, followed him.

I get so excited when good things happen to cycling ... and there has been a lot of good things this week.

 

The XCO riders deserve all the build up it is getting, and Sags has brought a bit more attention from the road cycling cycling media and road cycling fans.. it's all good and end the of day..xco is benefiting from it..

 

They will see how awesome the top xco riders are and what an amazing discipline xco is.

About all I know for sure is that there will be 3 on the podium[emoji12]

 

Nino is obviously clear favourite.. but on the day anything can happen.. plenty youngsters coming up that are really strong and very capable.
