carbon29er Posted January 11, 2017 Share ExcludingI disagree Myles. Assessment points of 2,500 in the 30k cap. As are bonus points of 5,000. Only bonus points from HPFA don't count towards cap of 30k. Not sure where the 30,000 assessment points idea came from in previous poster. One can do the assessment twice but points only accrue once. Full points pdf. Page 4 deals with activity.https://www.discovery.co.za/discovery_za/web/pdfs/vitality/our_partners/points_and_partners.pdf Edit: ambiguous use of neither bonus points corrected. 'Kaze Pete Posted January 11, 2017 Share 19 october 2000 yes that is true but it is a few years later You must have me mistaken for Rip van Winkle. Club Vitality did not exist in 2000. back to Vitality. Bio told me to be patient w.r.t. the Fitness assessment points. They should take me to just over 32K points. Just need to remember that a lack of patience leads to an abundance of patients
F111 Posted January 11, 2017 Share Mine was 6.2 and I train 7 days a week (sometimes twice a day) and eat healthily with almost no alcohol. Been to the doc to get blood tests done to see how much of that is the good cholesterol and whether need any medication... waiting for the results sometime this week. So also missed out on the full quota of points as everything else is better than normal!! http://www.news-medical.net/news/20160627/Older-adults-with-high-LDL-C-live-longer-than-peers-with-low-levels-of-same-cholesterol-say-experts.aspxHigher Cholesterol Is Associated With Longer Life Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Edited January 11, 2017 by F111 shaper

So let's implement managed health care using a questionable regimen. Then, let's give people money back for buying 'healthy' food items, and penalise them for buying 'unhealthy' food items. FFS!!!
