Not only performance wise, but the person who always smiles, exudes positiveness, excels in sportsmanship, and makes you proud to love the sport the way you do. Please substantiate your nomination, and we will do a poll from the 1st of Dec. A Pic (or Pics) will add gravity to your nomination. Not restricted to any discipline or gender. I have a few, in no particular order, but for now this one deserves a mention: Miz Lizzy Arminstead Our UCI Road World Champ and multiple UCI World Cup winner, Lizzy is a tenacious and superb athlete, tough as nails.Marked by everyone to the last 100m, she often manages to break and take the win. An exemplar of positiveness, she certainly is in a good, happy place right now & planning her wedding. Going for Gold in Rio, will she take it after her Silver in London? Peaches & Cream!

Great season, even when he got so close so many times.. he always showed great sportsmanship and then it all worked just right for him to win worlds .. Always smiling always congratulated anyone who beat him. And to see they guys genuinely happy for him when he won worlds goes to show he is a all round good guy respected by his peers. I read the criteria posted for the Nice Guy award.. and to me he met it all. First name that came to mind.
