KY Jelly is water based, and if you rub it on your chain, you will find you can engage higher cadence due to decreased friction.

People people. Tacx carbon assembly compound. Awesome for chains.

 

That and sand. The finer the particle size the better. Mix it really well with butter and apply liberally with a basting brush. Super awesome.

I'm way ahead of the curve.

 

Been dripping olive oil on my chain for months. Extra virgin in wet conditions - works a treat.

 

You can also grease your legs, arms and face to get a baconny golden crisp after riding in the African sun for a few hours.

My chain only does banting diet. This recipe should work fine then! Butter being the key.
