Looking forward. Am in CL. Except today's planned mtb ride ended up at 4 hours instead of two and over 1000m ascent so legs might hurt. Need to find a route profile

VB: 06:30
AL: 07:00
BL: 07:05:

CL: 07:10

Could possibility infer from context a few more?

Missed My B bunch start.. Traffic caught me out,  

Rookie mistake: did not charge battery for Di2 , so lost gears at 40km mark, stuck on small blade.. was a joke trying to sit with the bunch at high speed , lol lol lol .. spinning my arse off... eventually cramping in the last 2 kms
