splat Posted February 8, 2016 Share It seems that I joined this challenge a bit late to show major resultsI am down to 96kg (95.5Kg last week), so am happy. But in July 2014, I weighed 104.5kg. I managed to get the down to 94.5kg in time for Jobeg2C in April last year. I slowly crept back up to 99.5kg, and then down to 97.5kg for the DC and then kept going down to 95.5kg again. Since then its been up to 98.5kg and then back down to 95.5kg AGAIN. Quite a roller coaster, but I just can't seem to break past that 95kg mark. I hope to get some inspiration from you guys over the next few months.Keep at it everyone

partydave Posted February 9, 2016 Share Had a bit (what an understatement) of a runny tummy yesterday and went from 71.4 to 70.7, so unsure if I should weigh in. I put a placeholder in so long, hopefully I can actually maintain that weight.

RyanD Posted February 9, 2016 Share The local vets have a good floor scale and I use that but they are several thousand rand and I want something decent to use at home.

partydave Posted February 10, 2016 Share I've either dehydrated completely, broke my scale or my efforts have made a tangible difference. As of this morning, I've hit my target weight of 69.9kg, however, I can't really see the difference in body composition. I will monitor, but I have a feeling it's just water loss due to what we call in Afrikaans "gieter ***"
