Last week I was so good and then had half a pizza, a slab of chocolate and a cider on the weekend and Monday I was up 2kgs! That's like 4kg's for you guys. So been watching that come down all week. No use getting grumpy about it. Just got to keep on trucking. Still feeling committed to the goal. Doing an FTP 20/8 so any kg's I lose from now will help my cause. so long as you are heading in the right direction... it is when you give up that it becomes a problem...it is when you close your eyes and open them again and you weigh 130-140-150 + kg... just being part of his thread is keeping you aware. the weekend is upon us...the challenge gets real Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

NordicElf Posted August 1, 2016 Share Well done everyone.Too scared to weigh myself this morning... I have 3 weeks untill my FTP test - I'm going to aim for 3kgs... might be a bit extreme but I think I can do it. Have a feeling at least 1 of those kg's is some water retention, if that is the case (given that I haven't weighed myself, accuracy could be questiionable...) 2kg's should be doable but I'll have to be disciplined, no messing around.
