Going to be funny, but what about people who are really tight money wise?  I took a huge cut in my pay for the past few months and health issues caught me off guard as well.  And then being promised by people that I will get a new job never panned out.

So will love to take part for the loosing part, but monetary wise...I am phucked...

For R50 I will sponsor you.

Hey Francois, I said I would pay for you but you have not put your name on the list yet! Do it dude, let me know when done and I will pay!

Don't go into "starvation" mode - your body actually starts actively to produce fat to keep you alive...

- Always take in food around 4 hours apart (awake hours) not more than 6hours

- Proteins - its actually good to spread protein out over the day

- Water - 20-30mls/kg/day

- If  you are restricting carbs - don't excercise >1hour without fuel

- Always fuel up within 1hour of excercise (milk is good enough)

This way you can drastically your nett calory intake for the day and still be safe

I managed to loose a bit. But for me the important factor is really changing the diet and sticking to it. Last week I barely managed 3 sessions exercising where I am on 2 for this week already.

Regardless of what weight says I am feeling optimistic :)
