Tru-Cape mtb

Hi I see there is a lot of races on the 7'th of May (tru-cape, nissan trailseeker, gravel and grape). I see no posts of the tru-cape mtb on the hub, so i'm just wondering with all the other events who is going to do the race?

Everything is a funride - trust me.

Everything was going so good, had a very strong climb on the 2nd part of the ride, then my new Onza Cannis rear tyre suffered a sidewall slash. 

 

I am looking for the guy in the yellow "Complete Bicycling" top that gave me a spare and some tyre levers. Thank you so much for that, I would really like to repay you for your kindness. It lasted for another kilometer but then I had to push again.

 

Loved the ride, will be back again. Weather was perfect for this kind of ride.

Had a great day out today. We did the 25 km, and though it was easier than last year, a big thank you to the organisers and marshalls. All round success in my books. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Next year we'll both do the full marathon.

 

P.s. those crunchies in the back of the bakkie at the 2nd water point, around D in the A-Z singletrack, were fantastic!
