I'd love to have a go with 8 riders like that around me, as long as they never expected me to go anywhere too near the front, obviously! Even if it were just for a few kms . . .

The surprising result was a much lower than normal negative response to exercising under conditions of high temperature. I thought that a useful physical adaptation.
