They dont answer their phones, and if you do get thru after 20mins, they always refer to their Current Backlog as excuse as to why they dont know where it is.My bikeinn (Spain) decal order which landed 26 June took 5 weeks just to get through SA Customs. from there it shifted fairly quickly, (another week) but you need a Saints patience. China usually takes at least 40-60 days. Bike24 usually takes 3-4 weeks with DHL-Post. getting stuck at SA customs is the common denominator.
TheJ Posted September 5, 2017 Posted September 5, 2017 Up until a week ago I was waiting for 5 parcels of things I bought easily over the course of a month via AliExpress. All of them would go cold for easily a week at a time, then give you one update. Obviously still at various stages of transport because I didn't buy them at the same time. One parcel, even after almost two months, still appeared to still be at the airport in China. Then wham, in ONE DAY I received slips for all the parcels at once. Except the one that appeared to be in China. When I got back to work after collecting the parcels, the one that was still in China... was laying on my desk... delivered to me work directly. Parcels take 4-5 days MAX to reach our shores... then 2 months to get from JHB to wherever you stay. Useless.

TheJ Posted September 5, 2017 Posted September 5, 2017 Best is you load 17Track onto your phone and load the tracking numbers into the app. Gives you nice tracking info, but obviously doesn't make the wait any less.
