Am I correct that my  Lefty PBR 90 29 shock qualify for this.  It is the one without the rubber boot, but not the 2.0?

As far as I know from 2013 onwards it is Lefty 2.0? I hope so anyway because I have the same fork that came on my 2013 Flash Carbon 3 29.

You have a lefty hybrid 1.0. So yes you do qualify

I have often come across comments that Leftys are complex / delicate things, but I have only been impressed with how Cannondale (and the local agents) sort out issues.

Hi All,

Yes, we will be offering the new 2 Spring piston as an upgrade to the current solo Air spring fitted to current forks. This upgrade will be done as part of regular lefty servicing. There will be no cost for the new piston, only the normal labor charge for the service.

We are waiting for our first shipment of the new kit and will let Lefty Consumers know as soon as they are available locally.

Please see the file attached for more info.

Hi Lionel,

So I continue using my Lefty and when it goes in for a service, the service centre will check whether the upgrade is required?

Thanks!

Markus

Great news. Keep riding my Lefty until the parts are available and notice received. The 2 Spring piston will be for free but the service for my own account. Nice. Great service guys.

 Hi Markus,

This is correct, we will upgrade to the new 2 Spring piston as soon as they are available during the course of normal servicing.

Until then you can continue riding your bike as normal.

Regards

Lionel.
