So, my brother in law decided to tell me today we HAVE to do the Trek in 3 weeks time...

 

Problem 1, I have not been training for a stage event at all. 7 hours a week at the moment. And that is only for the past 4 weeks, before that... Argus

Problem 2, my gat is dik op die oomblik

Problem 3..... Actually 8 problems, for the days of the Trek

 

Any advice or motivation? Or just enough people to tell me how much I'll be suffering.

nah you'll be ok.

 

ride as much as you can for the next 2 weeks (TITS) and take it easy on the 3rd week.

 

this is a proper ride with so much said about it so take it 1 day at a time and most importantly have fun.  :thumbup:

Thank you, depending on how it goes (planning meeting tonight) I might document the (short) journey. Some people may benefit from it

Sounds like my 3 towers experience...but in nightmare format...

 

Good luck, by the sounds of it, you should taper after the trek, because you will be primed for whatever race comes after that.
