Wheelsuck Posted September 23, 2016 Posted September 23, 2016 About 3 weeks ago my Armrest for the Deda Kronos Tri Bar just failed-it literrally just got flexy and then sheared, luckily I noticed it before it could end miserably. So I took the sheared armrest to Northcliff as they were identified as the closest Retailer. Kurt took the query and dealt with it following up and giving regular feedback. Even when Deda International didnt give feedback to their distributor both Kurt and the distributor tried to resolve it. After a bit of to and fro...they managed to resolve the issue far better than I expected and I think Kurt went above and beyond to sort this out. Well done and Great Service by Kurt!
slickandtyred Posted September 23, 2016 Posted September 23, 2016 I too rate the service received from Northcliff Cycles. Had an issue with tubeless conversion when I bought my bike from them. Spoke to Alex the owner and he resolved everything without hesitation. Good guys. Keep it up

We love our bikes and want to know everything every step of the way. Nice one northcliff ????. Have been there a few times and they have a good amount of stock.
