He was standing outside the Nirox gallery - same/similar jersey, unhelmeted, with perhaps a mechanical issue with his bike? Around 0845. Anyone?

I wouldn't be surprised if they agreed on an out of court settlement. I still stick to my opinion that he was provoked big time, although I will never condone his actions.
