New to indoor trainer advice

You need that balance, too much time indoors and you start hating it.

 

I've started working with a coach recently, and spend alot of time indoors now. Must say I enjoy the later starts, I don't have to get up at 4am to go out for a ride.

My motivation problem is not related to the IDT. I actually enjoy the time on it,

 

I do 4 hours/week on the Kickr, then either 2 hours Friday evening outside or 4 Saturday with a group, and then 2 Sunday with wive and friends.

Just been reading it. The Xert training app looks interesting!
