Vetplant Posted July 7, 2017 Posted July 7, 2017 Another one for the sprinters. On days like this you can be guaranteed that the teams of the sprinters won't allow a breakaway to succeed. So best to tune in at around 16:55 and see the last 20km or so...

T-Bob Posted July 7, 2017 Posted July 7, 2017 Good to hear via the cyclingpodcast that former Mountains winner and TdF rider Robert Millar has announced that he has now transitioned to become Phillippa York.  Hope she still keeps contributing to the various mags / sites with great view on the grand tours  in between the new role at CH4 in the UK covering TDF and other races. Hoping to be able to stream their coverage when they hit the mountains and check out all her commentary.  http://www.cyclingnews.com/news/a-statement-from-cyclingnews-contributor-philippa-york/

Vetplant Posted July 7, 2017 Posted July 7, 2017 Some wind predicted today it seems.Ooooh, you tease us with such flirtation... we can only hope... The Froome, Sagan, Bodnar, Thomas breakaway last year was still one of my favourite flat stage finishes EVER!  (Excuse the soundtrack)https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=408KVDMtHjw
