I recently upgraded to a 29er and want to go for a good bike setup. Any recommendations on where / who to go to for the best bike setup?

Bike setup is so crucial to comfort and performance on the bike it's surprising how so many people take it for granted.

Sorry for hi-jack. Has anyone used the Smartfit Q5 system? I see from another article that it will be available at ASG Concept store in Paarl with Hanco Kachelhoffer. How does this compare with Ergofit if you have had both done.
