Jip, if you get dropped somewhere along the route, then it is a solo ride to the end.

My third one.  Piriformis Syndrome and trapped sciatic nerve has kept me off the bike for 9 weeks in the last 4 months.  Missed 947 but have to be in CT on the 4th so am bringing bike with and  have entered.  Starting in 2F.  If you see an ECCC rider dying up Hels, it will be me.  Apparently a few of my co-members will be riding with me to keep me company.  Like that has ever happened!
