Good Morning Everyone,

 

Has anyone had contact with JMPD regarding Sunday? 

We still need to decide where the turning point will be on HP.

Are we wearing black armbands on Sunday? 

 

Also, are we all in agreement that this will be a slow ride and to keep the group together? 

Coming back this must also be the case as the route between N14 and the right turn back to the Cradle can be very busy.  

 

Any other matters we still need to finalise before Sunday?

The best place for turning will probably be at featherbrook shopping center (about 2.5km down the road from the ghost bike site) and coming back on hole in one street past the golf club, thdn turning right onto HP past sasol.

That's a very nice offer, but I have a suggestion.

How about we all settle our own coffee bills and what you would have spent on that you give to a worthy cause, something BDF would have wanted supported?

Perhaps someone who knew him could nominate a charity that he supported. I would love to donate in memory of a hubber.

SPCA is one close to my own heart, but I do like Wahoofish's suggestion that something gets nominated - I'll put my money where my mouth is and give something in his name to whatever charity is put forward.
