Took a dog with on the park run/walks/huffle yesterday. Organized to put her in a waiting cat after 2lm. Wish I could climb in as well as I despise running [emoji23]

Surely the cat would go into the dog..? ;) :P

(Obviously I know what it was meant to be, but that sentence made me laugh)

Another week done, but today was my worst run attempt.

Legs felt heavy, I probably ate too much for lunch and my shirt felt like I had cling-wrap around the torso.

Away for the next 2 days on business, and I have decided to leave all “running-related” gear at home. Might climb on the IDT on Tuesday, but tomorrow will definitely be a walk.

Had a run like that yesterday. Just could not keep it up. Ended up walking sections. Skipped the run tonight and had a walk with the family.

Still in it. Did a 80km ride today. Felt good but last 15km felt it as I had a headwind. This week may be tricky as weather seems to be rainy for the next 3days. Will however happily take the rain.

Not as much time and km's as I would have liked, but still at least clocking my 20min activities everyday.  Did 2 IDT sessions Saturday and Sunday due to plenty of rain.  I must admit that even though the km's are not so big on the bike or on the run, this challenge so far has got me really committed to training and getting my bum of the couch.

HOUSTON!!.... I have a problem

My run on Monday does not show on my strava profile.

I run with a polar V800 and normally it shares automatically to Strava when it connects to polar flow

Wot now? Is it possible to export the files to a basic "free" strava account?

Posted

export .tcx from polar, import as file into free strava easily.

If not the usual digital doping changing the date in a .tcx file will work then import into strava...

Thanks, will try it at tonight when i have a bit more time

From where in strava can i import a file, just had a quick look and only see an option to download all activities

Thanks
