Holy shirt dude! sorry to hear! That is definitely the worst piece of advice, just because of the consequences :eek: Hope you managed/are managing to heal up nicely

R 75 K later with rebuilt hip from not escaping my Cleats......

 

At least I got R600 back on GumTree from the cleats and shoes.

eish.... shoulda listened to me, dude. It even says it in my signature!
