What's the worst piece of cycling advice you have been given

Had one a couple of years ago with a powder mixing machine that got turned on with someone inside.... not sure what they expected me to achieve at all after a chopper ride to site - mince does not work well for sculpture....

 

(sorry - black sense of humour)

 

You're not at Linksfield by any chance are you?

I got told something similar, don't worry heldeberg is only 1.3km down mostly jumps it'll be fine! First rock garden nope nope

R 75 K later with rebuilt hip from not escaping my Cleats......

 

At least I got R600 back on GumTree from the cleats and shoes.

Holy shirt dude! sorry to hear! That is definitely the worst piece of advice, just because of the consequences :eek: Hope you managed/are managing to heal up nicely
