I have got my advice to machine the hub and thats what I'm going to do. Thanks to a couple of peeps who have already inboxed me to get in contact for this and all the support etc. Riyad asked for my bank details this morning, but I'm not interested in any money - the machining will be much cheaper than replacing the hub and rebuilding the wheel so I'll foot that cost myself. If he insists then I've suggested he make a donation to qhubeka.org instead - that way we all win. Now everyone get back to work! Me me me, this isn't just about you. We don't care that your problem has been solved. We need to now tell everybody why their suggested solution is crap and ours is better.

What ever happened to hubber with 5 posts vs hubber with 12 posts. Then the 1000+ post jury starts to weigh in. Pick sides, and end up fighting each other.It was glorious.
