Hold on , you bought from Cajees ? Might explain the lack of service from giant . From what I have heard a lot of what they sell is grey. Also Cajees are know for zero after sale service .

How are the Lyne droppers?  I think I would also prefer selling my Giant dropper as soon as it comes back (maybe in 2018, early 2018..)

Seen a couple now and they look decent and are priced well.

If i remember correctly... Buddy of mine says they partially hydraulic too. He is enjoying his.

I just hope after sales is better with Lyne.

The Lyne droppers are great quality IMO. I bought a 120mm drop internal dropper end of last year. Then it started to develop a loss in travel after only 2 rides.

Lyne asked that I make a video clip, showing the issue, to show the factory. After a week Lyne delivered a brand new updated 120mm, and took the defective one back.

The replacement has been flawless for 6 rides now. Their after sales service is top notch!

They have killer service. I got a 150mm dropper for my HT and Derry @ Lyne told me that there had been a problem on a couple of cartridges, he'd tested the one he had out form me but if there was the slightest issue then I should just drop him a msg and they'll sort it out quick, quick... Plus they back them selves with a 2 year warranty.

So back to Giant.... Actually, don't get me started. Still nothing and still no conversation happening between the LBS and Dragon. Still a month down the road without a dropper on my Tranny. Really could have done with it yesterday at Tokai on Cobra and the DH's.

My Gian

Maybe we can do a mass credit of the giant droppers, and swap for Lyne posts.. hahaha hahaha..

My third gen Giant post has been pretty good. There is a bit of play but it goes up and down and has never failed. I think I am on my second cable in around a year or more. The only problem is the stanchion wear. Its lost all the black in a line down the back of the post and a bit below the saddle clamp on the front. It has also started returning a tad slower of late. I am wondering if its the extra drag from the stanchion wear or the cartridge...
