I think what you're trying to ask is whether this will work if your stem raises from the top cap towards the handlebar clamping area. If so, this will not work: you would need the adjustable one. Today it is at R515 without VAT. Also, as distributors we can not bypass any duties. The price is not inflated locally, it is simply the price due to following the rules. Hope so, because SARS have their eyes on me after a few indiscretions in our company by the previous ruler! But at the handlebar the stem screws give it a little bit of a rise about 4mm! My brother is in USA so he will buy it there from Ebay or Amazon.com.
