Long Wheel Base Posted October 16, 2017 Share Just managed to enter for the 125km, any idea what the elevation will be? The "Road info" link on the website seems to be broken...Last years November edition(because we did this event twice last year) I have 125.4km and 725M elevation.February edition was 120.8km and 713M elevation. EDIT: 2015 I have 125.5km and 712m. Edited October 16, 2017 by Long Wheel Base karlito and Frosty

Nibali Posted October 16, 2017 Share Did I mention full road closure for the final 15km? But that’s not it... and isn’t really that big, just more convenient for a few. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Thanks Frosty! Yeah, I was expecting a gravel section somewhere, only thing I could think off
Lostee Posted October 16, 2017 Share After being dropped at the Satellite by AL this past weekend, I am looking forward to this. I am still not where I want to be in the hills.

karlito Posted October 17, 2017 Share Oh damn VA , I must have made a mistake in the rush to enter during the last minute. I assume I can change this during number collection? Besides the fact that I am not licensed the start time is just crazy early. Long Wheel Base

Lostee Posted October 17, 2017 Share ASG use a different seeding to racetec. Yes, but don't other races use ASG results when they are on Racetec? I would assume they do. Long Wheel Base
Zatek Posted October 17, 2017 Share 1st race after 6 months of either being sick or injured. Decided to drop to AL. Still going to be tough but atleast not doing the 125km route. Edited October 17, 2017 by Zatek

We agreed to keep online entries open for late entries, so head over to www.cycleevents.co.za and enter like normal. You assume correctly, can be changed at number collection. Crazy early... practice for 947, VA starts earlier at the 947. I’m at Carnival City from 03:30 on race day, so 09:00 feels like lunch time.
