Hey TDFN

Only very stupid people do. Best to give it away to me so you don't look like an idiot trying to get money for a totally useless to anyone kind of bike.

Thx

Bought a second hand one of the Hub the other day for my daughter, she needed another bike and is not tall enough yet not to look silly on and battle to handle a 29er.

slowly trying to build one up for my son at the moment, very nearly there .... BTW, any of you riff raff have any cable actuated disc brake calipers collecting dust that I could buy off you?

I would! I still have one. It's my commuter. I love riding it. Sure, I don't ride it on the trails and if I did it would be slower than my 29er But for commuting I love it. If I had to replace it I would probably go 26 again.

So I guess it has to do with what they want it for.

BTW Hairy it was a neat little Cannondale 26er.

I am building up a 26'er Cannondale Sobe for my son...frame looks like this.

That looks awesome!

As for TDFN, yea people still buy 26" bikes, just don't expect a massive amount of money for it...

Anyway, as always, it's not a smart thing to sell a bike. The counselling bills get you in the end.

That is one cool frame - where did you find it?

Are you going to go with a Lefty?

It was a donation frame from a fellow commuter ... being fitted with a basic fork that was given by another fellow commuter which came off his Dale. Stems are hard to find in 1.5" steerer and 50mm ... was fortunate enough to given a lovely white 50mm off another hubber.

The frame came with a set of wheels ... unfortunately the front wheel is lefty specific ... so if you know anyone looking for a lefty hub laced to a mavic 819 26'er rim, then just give me a shout will you :)
