Friends of ours told us a story on Sunday, they had guests over for potjiekos, the guests left 15mins before the potjie was done because their child will miss nap time. Get your child to sleep in a pram, then they can sleep anywhere.

Flexibility is way underrated...

Prob a good indication the party is boring and they are going home for a bonk

It's mostly pics of protein though, protein is okay for weight loss. Braai broodjies for a cheat meal :whistling:

I am also a regular on the fatties thread, but thought I will share.tonight's low carb.high fat braai. Some proper lamb rib with salt & pepper and lemon juice. Properbraai on a side stand.cb0a8b4dd2361f1faf22576e9120b225.jpg

Nope, never, but it sounds like too much effort. Going to stick to Karoo Kitchen for vleis, or Oxfords when they have specials.

Karoo kitchen is about 4km from my office. My biltong consumption is at an all time high.

The one in Umhlanga? I visit the other one as it's closer, but yes their meat is lekker.

Yeah the Umhlanga one. Their dry aged rib eye is honestly the best cut of meat I've ever eaten.
