Heard on Algoa fm this morning it was a guy cycling on the wrong side of the road into oncoming traffic. Municipal rubbish truck went past and something protruding from the side of the truck connected him. Very sad.

Eish, sad indeed. Completely unnecessary. Riding on the wrong side of the road and there is a perfectly good cycle path.

Shame it was a Malawian guy riding on the wrong side of the road.That is the main road to our local garbage tip ,so the trucks speed on that stretch and its narrow.The crazy thing that there is a cycle path.
