All of you must take a bow.

Proud to know most of you. This thread shows the true nature of South Africans

Jeff- intern and I will look after you if you are ever in NZ and want to see what REAL mountain biking is about.

We are hosting my brother's mtb mate from Surrey on Sunday. He is out on business this week.

We are taking him to Modderfontein Trails. Hopefully it will be a typical Johannesburg sunshine day and not an English mudbath.

Jeff you are most welcome , it was a pleasure riding and chatting to you . The Blitz Mtb Riders as our group is called enjoyed your company and your ability to adapt to some rough terrain we rode through . The porridge ( Jungle Oats was necessary ) im not having a rider fading on on my watch . The birthday for Ian was just a added bonus and good excuse to have carrot cake and coffee . Next time make sure you are here for a week end and us SAffers will show you real hospitality . Enjoy the Swedish winter  and wrap up  for the ride HAHA

Thanks again Rudy, I actually thought the terrain was quite forgiving, well, certainly was compaired to trying to push through a deep mud bog section here in Sweden ;)

I really hope to get back and ride again with you, maybe in the 2nd half of this year, but I'll have to wait and see how the business pans out.

Wow, another fantastic offer, but just so you know I was born in Auckland, so maybe that changes your offer   Where you based?

I moved to the UK from I was 2 so I don't feel like a real Kiwi, still have family in the North Island spotted about mind, been back there a couple of times to visit but last time was more than 20 years ago! In fact, last time I was there I actually booked onto a DH ride in Queenstown, road down some old miners trail, was mind blowing given this was before modern DH was really a thing

I am also in Auckland.

We have been here a few years now.

Intern stays in Whakatane so we could do a nice Rotorua ride.

Hayley once stayed at a bach that has a pump track in the back garden in Rotorua that sounds pretty sweet.

Next stop will be Kansas City in the USA, twice, once in the end of March and then again in the end of April

On the way to Germany now but only 1 night away so no chance to ride :(
