Jumped red lights, almost wiped out other cyclists on the the cyclist paths, almost running over pedestrians and at a later stage almost wiped me out. I eventually stop later next to him and asked him "Are you always such and Arsehole or is it just today". That got his tantrum wheel spinning but never saw him in the area again.
keithbe Posted February 12, 2018 Posted February 12, 2018 My wife and I were lent road bikes on Saturday so we went along and did a ride with one of the Cyclelab Fourways groups.These groups have taken a lot of critism in the past about riding through red robots. The ride marshalls of our group made a point of reminding all the riders that they stop at all red robots and stop streets.On our way down Ceder Road near Fourways Shopping Centre we were stopped at a red robot when a group of Cycleworx MTBers came past us and went through the intersection.Common practice on Cedar road - skipping red robots...ESPECIALLY vehicles with bikes in tow running late for their coffee run.

If a twat gets hurt, irrespective of the circumstance it's hard to feel sorry for them.

Sometimes he is the idiot walking on the shoulder of the road, then into the main road, engrossed in his tablet/phone and oblivious to traffic! Had that one on Sunday!

I had the EagleEye .... hardly worth the effort ! (the brand, not the concept) The times I needed the footage:- 0kb files .. you need to format the card monthly ... - sun glare, and not being able to get number plate detail- dash-cam focused on bugs on the windscreen and no details of the cars ahead good deterent for silly drivers and bad cops, but thats about it.
