I still have my 10 to 11 speed converter, if anybody is interested ...

Or am I missing something?

Or am I missing something? Absolutely, just wait a little for pricing to calm down. The first 12 speed Sunrace cassettes also came in way too high. I suppose if you have XX1 1x11 and wanted to keep that quality shifter and derailleur this makes sense, but relative to the cost of GX (and now NX) this is silly.

At the XO1 level and up this is just a bit more than a new a new 11 speed cassette. I'm at the point now of needing to replace my cassette, so it's a no-brainer for me. I'm doing it end July... Comes with new chain, lekker range cassette (9-46t 511%), and all the parts to convert. I for one like the feeling of the bearing in the XO1 shifter, and like BaGeara says, GX Eagle has lots of issues.
