Granted.

The goalkeeper fluffed under pressure... But that doesn’t detract from Klopp being a sore loser.

Lest we forget, this is the same keeper who wasn’t cutting it at West Ham, had some excellent performances when he moved to Liverpool, then was elevated to hero status suddenly...

They had 2 games in which to break Atletico's defense down.. they could not do it.

For Klopp to go and make comments like he did after both games is just pathetic actually. Atletico very seldomly go down without a fight.

I am so glad I dont bother with english footy so much anymore. This thread is entertaining and always especially pool supporters. As much as they deserve the league title, I cannot bear hearing about it for the next 20 years!!!!

I aint no liverpool supporter, not by a long shot and i take great delight in rubbing my lads nose in it when they lose.

Liverpool here did a good job. the goalie cost liverpool the game. Sure, they should have scored more but they were ahead.  Liverpool had 34 shots. thats an aweful lot.

11 on target and Oblak is an incredible keeper... yes luck sometimes play a part..but shees the comment that they don't play proper football is pathetic..they play to win no matter how they get there.

And no matter how much he whines about it they still conceded 4 goals against Atletico during the tie.

I love quizzing the guys wearing liverpool shirts these days, which is obviously a suddenly common sight in iKapa.

Asking them:

if the manu/chelsea one is in the wash?

if they found it at the bottom of the cupboard? (if it's an old one)

what they've been wearing for the last 20years? etc. etc,

then the other day oke tunes me back, says he's been wearing one pretty much everyday this year, because he has that many. then shows me his liverpool tattoo. I apologise and praise him for his blind faith and loyalty, then tell him I'm a leeds supporter. he apologises for my blind faith and loyalty.

Some of the die hard Liverpool supporter I know dont even know about the official supporters club here in Cape Town. Go figure, I know and dont even support them. I like the underdog team on the day, but I am leaning towards liking Leicester these days for the passion and grunt

or ABSA PLS

LoL, I go to the odd game every so no and then. Mainly local derby. Its great fun, almost no vuvuzela's. The youngsters have some very nice chants, almost like the English premier league.

Is that the third team now?

First Arsenal, then Olympiacos and now Real.
