2013 - 70.3 / Ironman / Sani2C/ Comrades in 1st 6 Months

2014 - Cape Epic

 

I think Epic/Ironman and Comrades will be a tough ask in 3 months..

Sani does not count .It is downhill ,just like the comrades .Chearing for the All Blacks whilst sitting on the east pavilion of Loftus when the Springboks are playing .Now that is tough !!

I spoke to Joel Stransky last year and he told me that he is planning on doing the Robin Island swim, Cape Epic, IMSA, Comrades and the Freedom Challange for charity this year.

So I have successfully completed the Epic, Ironman, Comrades and Robben Island swim in 2019.  And yes, Joel the world cup winner with superhuman genes did beat this office worker in overall time but still happy to have completed them all.
