Problem is there isn't much more of an option to avoid the actual route, that we know of. As it is we have to ride part of the route from end of blue route.You guys finish so early, why not do a 2nd lap? And stop halfway?

It's on the cards for sure, once the kids are older and they come with. I currently fly down on Saturday morning and fly back Sunday afternoon. I have a 15H00 flight back this year. I miss my kids too much man. So right now, there is no time for a 2nd lap. In fact the only reason we ride back is it is literally the quickest option. Used the train once and got back LATE and have had my Mom come to the finish before and that is also a mission to get back. EDIT: Sorry slightly mis-read your post. Never really thought about doing it like that. I think main road all the way is flatter................
