Really interesting to see Giant also entering the EDC tool game, this looks quite nice.

So it looks like we now have the following options for tools inside the bike.

- OneUp EDC

- Specialized SWAT

- Wolftooth Encase

- Giant Clutch

Any other options?

I have the crank storage unit. It rusts within 24hr of being removed from the packaging :(

otherwise it works very well

Not sure that these straps look any better and they get covered in mud.

Not sure what you mean with the droppers?I ride a pretty expensive dropper with a saddle bag that's waterproof and is silent.

Straps also tend to scratch your frame if they get dirty

If you ride with a long travel dropper on a long travel bike a saddle bag will make contact with your rear wheel when you bottom out the suspension.

And the looking crap, well that's subjective. All my tools are on my bike, but the only thing you actually see is a tube - I think it's a bit cleaner looking, and much quieter than a saddle bag.

Yep. Tyre buzz is a thing.

I use the specialized swst tube strap on the saddle, much lower profile and more sleek than a saddle bag, and then a Lyne holy rail with the little triangle storage box and the multitool holder. Works great. Everything has a designated spot, they're mostly out of the way, and look good.
