Some recommendations on hydration. https://racing.trekbikes.com/stories/trek-segafredo-men/the-basics-of-indoor-cyclingI consume about twice as normal on the IDT, unless the intensity is zone 1, or very low zone 2.I have also started eating for anything longer than an hour (not the 75 minute efforts, but close to 1.5 hours and longer).
