Eina, best you go for some pictas china. Did you hear it? In my experience you can actually hear ribs breaking.

dont think broken, more fractured/cracked, or even a torn cartilage which I've had before.

My wife was on a teleconference with someone who lives on northcliff ridge and they showed the storm clouds moving across joburg, apparently quite spectacular with all the lightening.

I miss those storms

We have decided to host the next (attempted) event on 22/01 with a reserve date of 29/01.

We know that Track SA's are on the same weekend, but we can't move the event to suit everyone - there will be more than just the next one planned for 22/01.

 

Pretty much the same setup as before.

A new online entry form will be posted here in the new year.
