jacokoe Posted March 12, 2021 Share Really depends where in the country you are - huge difference in the riding conditions between the Cape and Gauteng. For sure, but there will always be a multitude of factors. But what would you feel be your ideal SA built bike for SA for your style?

Jewbacca Posted March 12, 2021 Share Lyne Dropper?BMC customisation?Csixx chain ring?Hubs from Lyne or South Ind?Csixx supply hubs. Not sure if they are made in the same CNC machines as the chainrings in the CT factory. Lyne aren't made here, So I'm reluctant to put them in the same box as the companies who actually manufacture locally. Not taking anything away from their products... Just trying to see who actually does manufacture what here Wayne pudding Mol

Hairy Posted March 12, 2021 Share Did a parklot ride of a new Slackline rocking a X-Fusion coil shock .... you get out the saddle and hammer, the suspension just rocks on and feels as solid as a hardtail ... hit a bump and it just floats over ... now this ride started me thinking! wildwindfr Posted March 13, 2021 Share Would probably give Mercer a shout. Not sure if it would be a 120mm hardtail or a gravel bike that can run up to 2.1 29er tyres for those bad gravel roads.
