After your post I did a bit of digging and sent them an email. I have now activated the following on my Snapscan:

Did you know, you can receive payment notifications every time you use your SnapScan app? Simply open your app and navigate to Menu > Account Settings and tap the toggle to enable Payment notification by email.

I was asked for all the receipts from my recent business trip to The Netherlands.
I didn't get receipts for all transactions, so will be giving them a copy of my credit card statement.
I was away from dd/mm to dd/mm and all transactions in that time was business use.

This is how apple pay does it…even pinpoints location of the store. CC statements  bit me in the bum in the past because especially locally…stores registered business names on banking does not correspond with actual name, (Piet en Jan Cc trading  Carrot Cake inc), so there have been times where im trying to figure out what payment was from where and for what. This way with location etc, you know exactly. Used it this way for my recent  trip abroad too. 
 

Ps: chose a parking payment so @Hairy does’t see where i buy my pineapples😅

mmmmm ...who hangs out in dark under cover parking lots at Century City in the middle of the day on a Sunday morning ... someone who has from the pineapple market, that's who.
