Golden Gate, any trails?

Asking for the Mrs, are there any trails in and around the Golden Gate area that are safe for a solo lady to ride? Apart from the few trails around Clarens, any others?

Gravel and single tracks are fine, probably prefer single tracks

Unfortunately, look like there's not many options in that area besides Clarens ...

She can follow the Amohela route, that heads out towards Golden Gate and comes past the Castle, let me get the file quickly....... 

But wait, I see two other routes available as well, look at the screen shot I just took

 Any chance you could send me the gpx files for those other 2 you found?
