Unfortunately not. But I do have photos of myself and my dad riding it, going back almost 40 years

Clearly not, based on the Parkview SAPS notice.

I know of a few people that brag about claiming on insurance. This is how they fund their upgrades.

and its why insurance treats you like a suspect even when you have a legit claim

Closest is the stolen bike registry on Bike Hub. There was an independant setup a few years back, which I think came into BH ( @Mattcan confirm) not much public/industry support unfortunately.
