As from the month of August I will be having a special introductory session for Body Assessment and Testing. This YMCA test includes body measurements, body composition, cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility. <?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

 

The Assessment and Testing includes:

                        Standard Body Measurements:

1.         Resting Heart rate

2.       Resting Blood Pressure

3.       Height

4.       Weight

Body Composition:

1.         Sum of 4 ? 7 Skin folds/fat percentage

2.       BMI

Cardiovascular

1.         Sub maximal cycle ergo meter test

2.       Three minute step test

Flexibility

1.         Sit & Stretch

Muscular Strength and Endurance

1.         Bench Press test

2.       One Minute Full sit up

Postural Assessment

 

It is liable to have yourself tested every 4-6 weeks to see if you are improving with the training that you are doing.

 

Full body Assesment               R250-00, incl

 

Re-assesment,                         R100-00, incl

?        Resting Heart rate

?        Resting Blood Pressure

?         Weight

?        Sum of 4 ? 7 Skin folds/fat percentage

To be deceased is no longer life threatening. I think diseases is the word you are looking for.

And not to shabby in the dark without a light - charge it fully next time (that'll only be 125ZA rondts)
